The assassins of the Black Lotus clan show their devotion to the art of murder by mutilating different parts of the body in order to maximise effectiveness. These may range from simple spikes implanted in a large toe or an entire forearm replaced with a number of weapons. Replacing more than two members is seen as extreme, even among the most dedicated, and those who do so most often are short-lived.
